Our client came to us wanting their new tract home to feel anything but builder-basic. They wanted it to feel custom, elevated, and full of personality, with something special happening in every room.

In the kitchen, we added brick across the wall to bring in texture, warmth, and a little more color, then layered in woven pendants and darker finishes to give the space depth. In the living room, we designed custom black cabinetry to create a dramatic focal point and give the room a much more tailored, built-in feel.

Throughout the rest of the home, we continued that same mix of bold and refined with playful wallpaper, custom steel doors for the pantry and office, patterned tile, sculptural lighting, warm woods, creamy upholstery, and a fireplace in the primary bedroom. Each detail was chosen to give the home more character while still keeping everything cohesive.

The finished home feels elevated, collected, and completely custom. Our client wanted a home with statement moments, Parisian-inspired details, modern elements, and Anthropologie-inspired patterns, all layered together in a way that feels unique to them. It is far from the standard new-build look it started with. Moody enough to be memorable, but still warm enough to feel like home.
