This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit, make a purchase from, or submit an inquiry through www.designerblvdaz.com (the "Site").
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as "Device Information."

Additionally, when you submit an inquiry or booking request through the Site (for example, when you book a discovery call or request a design consultation), we collect the information you provide, including your name, email address, phone number, how you heard about us, and your design preferences. We refer to this information as "Inquiry Information."
When we talk about "Personal Information" in this Privacy Policy, we are talking about Device Information, Order Information, and Inquiry Information.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
SMS / TEXT MESSAGE COMMUNICATIONS
Designer Blvd. offers SMS text message notifications to clients who have provided their phone number and consented to receive text communications as part of our interior design services. By providing your phone number to Designer Blvd. and agreeing to receive SMS notifications, you consent to receive automated text messages regarding your orders, including but not limited to:

Proactive check-ins on the status of your furniture and home goods orders

Other order-related communications pertinent to your design project
Opt-In: Clients opt in to SMS communications verbally or in writing during the Designer Blvd. client onboarding process, or by checking the consent box when submitting a form on the Site.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. To re-enroll, reply START.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on order activity, typically 2–6 messages per order.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Designer Blvd. is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier.
Non-Sharing of Mobile Numbers: We will not share, sell, rent, or trade your mobile phone number with any third party for their marketing purposes. Your phone number is used solely for order-related communications from Designer Blvd.
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. We also use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Site — you can read more about how Google uses your Personal Information here: https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/. We use Twilio, Inc. to facilitate SMS text message delivery. Twilio may process your phone number solely for the purpose of delivering messages on our behalf. Twilio's privacy policy is available at https://www.twilio.com/en-us/legal/privacy.
We also store the Personal Information described above in our own secure internal business systems (our client-management application), which are hosted by service providers including Supabase, Inc. (database and encrypted file storage) and Vercel, Inc. (application hosting). These providers process your information only to provide hosting and storage services to us, and your information is stored on servers located in the United States. We use Resend to send transactional emails on our behalf.
Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
ADVERTISING
As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. DATA RETENTION
When you place an order or submit an inquiry through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information and Inquiry Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
