Designer Blvd. Store Policy

This Store Policy applies to products and orders placed through Designer Blvd. LLC. For how we handle your personal information and our general terms of use, please see our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

ORDERS & PAYMENT

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices, lead times, and availability are subject to change and may depend on our vendors' terms. Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise stated in your signed client agreement. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

CUSTOM & SPECIAL ORDERS

Many of our furniture and home-goods items are custom-made or special-ordered to your specifications. Because these items are produced specifically for you, custom and special orders are final sale and cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded once the order has been placed and production has begun, except where the item arrives damaged or defective.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Estimated lead times are provided at the time of order and are estimates only, not guarantees; delays caused by manufacturers or freight carriers are outside our control. Freight, delivery, and white-glove charges are quoted separately or noted on your invoice. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery.

INSPECTION & DAMAGE CLAIMS

Please inspect all items at the time of delivery. Any damage, defect, or shortage must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos, at design@designerblvdaz.com. Claims made after this window may not be eligible for replacement or repair.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Non-custom, in-stock items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. To start a return, contact us at design@designerblvdaz.com. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and a 20% restocking fee may apply. Custom and special orders, clearance and final-sale items are not returnable.

REFUNDS

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you and issue any refund due to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, less any applicable restocking fee and non-refundable shipping charges. Deposits and design fees are governed by your signed client agreement.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders for in-stock items may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Custom and special orders cannot be canceled once production has begun (see Custom & Special Orders above).
